Paramount Dental customers on an employer-sponsored group plan and their enrolled dependents can use Paramount Dental Virtual Care.* Children under the age of 18 can be seen, but a parent or guardian over the age of 18 must be on the video call with the child.
There are no out-of-pocket costs to you for a Paramount Dental Virtual Care visit.* These visits also don’t count against any frequency limitations on your plan. This means if your plan allow a maximum of two exams per year, this visit does not count toward that maximum. *Virtual visits do count toward your annual plan dollar maximum, if applicable. This means if you have already reached your annual dollar maximum, your claim will be processed accordingly and you may owe for the cost of the exam.
